Reduced irritability

For whitening care and stiff shoulders, I saw this on Instagram, where it was recommended to take it with Vitamin C, so I purchased it. It claims to be effective for irritability and stiff shoulders before menstruation. The tablets are a lovely, transparent orange hue and are small and easy to swallow. However, they tend to stick together, so I shake the container each time I use them. Although I still experience some irritability before menstruation, it does appear to have improved slightly. This product works wonders for stiff shoulders, making them feel much lighter. Moreover, the whitening care provides a clearer complexion. With 250 tablets at a great price, I plan to repurchase alongside Vitamin C!

Good quality and price, convenient dosage - I take one capsule daily. After using these vitamins, I noticed my skin, nails, and hair improved significantly, but I began to feel the symptoms of irritatable bowel syndrome, and my cycle returned to normal. I recommend it!
